Andrea Jacoby, Ph.D.

Andrea Jacoby provides financial and business advisory services to our clients, as well as one-on-one professional coaching.  
 
She joined our firm in 2005 after having been Chief Financial Officer of MBT Architecture for many years (MBT is now Perkins+Will). As a former CFO, Executive Committee member and Board member, she is experienced in all aspects of finance and management for design practices, from project accounting to firmwide governance; as well as human resources programs, policies and issues. 
 
She was an active member of the AIA Large Firm CFO Roundtable, where she gained a broad understanding of design firm business issues. This has also enabled her to understand benchmarks for various aspects of firm management and financial performance. 
 
Andrea is also a Certified Professional Coach. She works one-on-one with individuals, giving them practical techniques to improve their professional and personal performance.
