Linda Pearson, LEED, AP

Since joining Cameron MacAllister Group in 2010, Linda works with clients in proposal and interview strategies, presentation skills, and one-on-one professional coaching. 
 
Her 25 years experience in the building industry has given her an inherent ability to hone in on what matters quickly and to create plans that connect design and construction companies to their potential clients. This is beneficial not only in the business development process, but also in building long-term customer and employee relationships.  
 
Previously a Vice President and Regional Business Development Manager with Swinerton Builders, Linda was responsible for the firm’s business development and marketing efforts in Northern California. Additionally, she was instrumental in the region's employee development as it pertained to client satisfaction and leadership. 
 
Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Marketing from Florida International University and is currently pursuing her Professional Coaching Certificate.
