Planning Session Facilitation
A considerable part of our consulting practice is bringing people to a consensus about a plan or direction. The process is similar when preparing a one-year marketing plan or business plan, or a five-year strategic plan.
Our approach is to work in an inclusive manner. We seek first to understand the issues and concerns underlying the creation of a plan, to have people communicate their views openly, and then to work toward agreement on the most important matters.
