Proposal and Interview Preparation |
Proposal Preparation
When preparing a proposal or qualifications statement, we can provide advice to ensure that you are focusing not only on the client’s requirements, but also on key issues. We can also review unsuccessful submissions to provide constructive criticism and recommendations for future submissions.
Interview Preparation
A great deal hinges on the competitive presentation. Winning a project depends in large measure on the persuasiveness of the content and effective delivery. Many presentations are flawed at the outset because the topics chosen to be presented are the wrong ones. We assist by defining issues that matter to selection panel members who have the greatest influence in the decision.
Once these issues are established, the next essential task is to put them in the right sequence. Our philosophy is to emphasize the most important selling messages at the time when people are listening most acutely. This makes a huge difference in being heard.
Delivery is all-important: individuals must be credible and the team must be compelling. In our coaching we help people to deal with their nervousness, articulate messages clearly, and use their personal styles for greatest impact.
"Thank you for your insightful assistance and interview coaching. We are grateful for the confidence instilled in the teams, and we continue to be impressed by your and Saskia's ability in honing our message and delivery!"
