Winning projects depends in large measure on the persuasiveness and delivery of the competitive presentation. This is widely true for architecture firms, and increasingly true for construction companies.

Many presentations make the fundamental mistake of addressing the wrong subject areas. We work with our clients to emphasize topics that matter to their potential clients, and at the same time differentiate their firm from competitors.  
 
We also use proprietary tools to organize presentation topics in the right sequence, in order to sell most effectively in an oral presentation.  
 
The Delivery  
After clarifying the message content, we prepare presentation teams for the competitive interview.  
Our coaching helps presenters articulate their messages clearly and succinctly, and gives them tools for delivering their portion of the presentation with greatest persuasiveness.
