Office culture is the belief system of the office. A firm's mission and strategic plan is effective only when it is shared by all employees. Having everyone understand where the firm is going is important. 
 
Leadership  
A healthy culture is reflective of good leadership. We advise senior people on ways to improve their leadership to foster the culture that is desired. 
 
Mentoring  
Design firms make common mistakes with mentoring programs. Mentoring efforts begin with the best of intentions, but often fade over time. We can advise how to develop mentoring programs that are successful for the long term. 
 
We can also assist with the identification of senior staff who can mentor young people. This is key to leveraging highly skilled people.
