Presentation Skills Training
The workshop most in demand is Presentation Skills Training. We have distilled our knowledge of how to win in interviews into a training workshop, in which we teach people to improve their skill in developing message content and delivering presentations with impact.
Attendees of these workshops prepare and deliver presentations based on case studies similar to their work situations. Presentations are videotaped for review and feedback. Course instructors observe these practice presentations and give class members tips for improvement.
We have taught this workshop to hundreds of professionals in design firms and construction companies across the U.S. and in the U.K.
Communicating Difficult Messages
Another training workshop focuses on delivering a difficult message in a manner that it can be received best. We developed this workshop for construction industry professionals who are often in situations where they have to break the news to owners, design teams, and sub-contractors about changes in the project cost, schedule or staffing.
