Tiffany Bergeron

Principal Consultant, Partner

Grounded. Insightful. Relational. Impactful.

Tiffany’s work is rooted in deep listening, thoughtful inquiry, and the belief that strong relationships—and clear communication—are at the heart of meaningful change. She partners with leaders across the architecture, engineering, and construction industry to strengthen their organizations, build trust, and move forward with clarity and intention.

At Cameron MacAllister Group, Tiffany facilitates strategic planning efforts, advises on business development strategy, and coaches professionals to communicate with confidence, authenticity, and purpose. She works with teams to clarify their value, strengthen client relationships, and position themselves more effectively in the market—supporting pursuits from early strategy through interviews and long-term engagement.

“I listen for what matters—bringing curiosity, clarity, and joy to the work of understanding people and building meaningful relationships.”

Tiffany is known for her ability to quickly build rapport, create space for honest dialogue, and help individuals and teams translate insight into action. She brings a strong focus on communication—helping clients articulate what matters, align their messaging, and show up with clarity in high-stakes conversations.

With a background in teaching, Tiffany designs and leads workshops and trainings that are engaging, accessible, and grounded in real-world applications. She is particularly skilled at helping emerging leaders grow their voice, strengthen their presence, and build lasting, trust-based relationships. She also leads team presentation training for high-stakes pursuits, helping individuals and teams build confidence, align their messaging, and show up with clarity, cohesion, and impact when it matters most.

Before joining Cameron MacAllister Group, Tiffany served as Director of Business Development at Eskew Dumez Ripple and has spent over 20 years working within the AEC industry.

Outside of her professional work, Tiffany and her husband operate Bergeron Woodworks, an art studio near New Orleans that reclaims salvaged wood and transforms it into one-of-a-kind pieces—reflecting their commitment to high-quality design and craftsmanship, environmental stewardship, and creative expression.
